Welcome to our exhibitor information page!

Having been in this industry for many years now, and attended and exhibited at many shows, I thought it was time to run our own show, so here it is!

We have over 12000 square feet of exhibiting space, with the ability to extend this outside should the weather allow. Various exhibiting layouts are available so please discuss your needs with us to see what will fit you best. This allows us to have up to 150 exhibitors. The first 6ft space £175 with incentives available for larger areas.

• Parking adjacent for 200 vehicles on hard standing

• Foyer with toilets and baby changing
• Small kitchen
• Ramp access

There will be tea, coffee and biscuits provided for exhibitors and helpers from the small kitchen within the hall. More food and drink options will be available from an onsite catering unit. 2 minutes from the venue is The Gardener's Arms - a lovely spot to grab a bite to eat or relax after a busy day of selling.

Power will be supplied to each stand. Exhibitors will be responsible for their own lighting. The room is well lit, but for best aesthetics, table spots would be advised. Tables are available to hire for your space at £10, pre order only, so please let us know if they are required when booking.

Set up will be possible from 13:00 on Friday 4th October, with break down to commence when the show closes on Sunday 6th October at 16:00, not before, and to be completed by 10pm.

The show doors will open to the public at 10:00am on Saturday the 5th October. All exhibitors must have their stands ready for opening. All tables to be clothed, presentable and all non saleable items to be out of view. Please note walkways must remain clear for the duration of the show.

For exhibitors from a little further afield there is some (very) basic overnight accommodation available onsite at an extremely reasonable rate.

The showground has great transport links and is close to many major towns/cities. The possible reach for visitors is fantastic.

We will be approaching the marketing in numerous ways: utilising social media; local printed media; radio; website optimisation; poster advertising and by adding the event to various online event calendars. We would also love to see you promoting the event through channels available to you and by word of mouth of course!
